Having the correct Paediatric First Aid provision is not only a statutory requirement for the majority of childcare providers, it is extremely important for the safety of children. Our Paediatric First Aid Level 3 course is ideal for those who work or intend to work in a childcare setting as it has been specifically designed to fulfil Ofsted’s first aid requirements for early years teachers, nursery workers and childminders (as defined within the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage 2014 and within the Child Care Register guide).
Successful delegates will learn the roles and responsibilities of the paediatric first aider, and will be equipped with the necessary skills to administer safe and effective treatment when dealing with a range of paediatric first aid situations.

Our video training course is intended to give an introduction into the course which will be built on when attending our face to face session.)
2-day Conventional Classroom Delivery
(Attend one of our conventional 2-day public courses, at one of our local training venues.)
Upon successful completion, attendees will be awarded a nationally recognised Ofqual regulated certificate valid for 3 years that fully meets Ofsted requirements and will receive a Paediatric First Aid handbook to keep for future reference.
